In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently unloading incoming canola seed and loading oil and meal for shipment to customers by truck and railcar.What you’ll do· Collect, organize, and secure product samples for analysis.· Operate equipment to load/unload trucks and railcars.· Perform confined space cleaning of storage bins using a bobcat.· Inspect equipment, vehicles, and railcars for cleanliness, damage, and compliance.· Grade seed and measure product to ensure quality and accurate recordkeeping.· Monitor and transfer products between storage units to support operations.· Prepare shipping documents and report quality data.· Actively participate in all safety and food safety programs.· Deliver excellent customer service through courteous interactions.What you bring to our team· High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.· Experience in manufacturing, grain processing, or railcar/locomotive operations is an asset.· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.· Familiarity with integrated grain software is considered an asset.· Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.What we offer· A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.· Short-Term Incentive Plan offering additional earning potential in the form of an annual bonus.· Future security through a Retirement Savings Plan.We also strive to provide an inclusive and accessible recruitment and selection process.
