- Execute world-class thermal management marketing plans in the US market, adapting global thermal management offers as part of the in-market marketing strategy
- Lead and prepare the annual marketing plan for the US market to generate new sales leads for the DC space and underpin the volume, turnover, and gross margin targets achievement
- Leverage paid/owned/earned media as media mix to drive brand equity and sales leads generation
- Monitor key market movements and the competitive landscape in the DC sectors and generate business insights to drive media and market planning.
- Identify potential areas for offer development based on market needs and share these insights with the global marketing team.
- University degree with preferably a post-graduate qualification
- 8+ years of experience in brand, product, and big event organization within a B2B environment, with a proven track record of delivering innovative value propositions
- 5+ experience of digital marketing with solid experience in social media marketing
- Ability to shape and frame ideas through strong conceptual and analytical thinking
- Proven experience in developing new business and growth areas within a corporate or innovation/start-up context
- Strong knowledge of the data centre industry and cooling value chain is a plus.
- Track record of working collaboratively across functions
- AI/datacenter/cooling solution solid experience is preferred
- Social / Digital Marketing experience
- Customer Relationship Management
- Commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
- Experience of global project management and capable to deal with stakeholders with a multi-culture environment is a plus
- Preferred candidates will demonstrate self-motivation, strong execution, and excellent communication skills
