
Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator

- Manage the end-to-end process for seasonal hiring, including the creation of job requisitions, coordinating with seasonal hiring managers, issuing rehire offer letters, and facilitating rehire compensation discussions.
- Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes, leading to a well-prepared seasonal workforce aligned with departmental goals.
- Coordinate all logistics for Early Career Programs, including scheduling meetings, booking speaker series and related programming, and managing other administrative tasks.
- Provide seamless support for Early Career Program activities, contributing to a positive and enriched developmental experience for interns and rotational program participants.
- Create and manage job requisitions for all Early Career positions, including interns and rotational program participants.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date requisition system that supports timely recruitment efforts.
- Book initial interviews and schedule panel interviews for seasonal hires and Early Career program participants.
- Facilitate a streamlined interview process that ensures the availability of key stakeholders and candidates, improving the overall candidate experience.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including documentation, communication, meeting coordination, and other duties as needed.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring all necessary administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Experience: Up to 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition or HR operations role, with a focus on seasonal hiring and/or early career programs.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, particularly for job requisition and interview scheduling. Proficiency in Greenhouse is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience coordinating early career programs or similar initiatives is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and intense environment

- This person is scheduled to work 4 days a week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs or Fri) onsite in the New York office.
