concept through design, permitting, and construction - leveraging industry expertise and established
processes while driving continuous improvement across Lucid's expanding facilities footprint.Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects
- Partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize process, procedure and
- Develops ROM level project estimates for funding approval based on project program
- Prepares, develops and maintains master project schedules and budgets
- Ensure the project plan, scope, work structure, schedule, and budget are maintained by all
- Selects and manages project team and resources including subcontractors, consultants,
- Regularly monitor the progress of all projects by completing site visits, tracking procurement
- Conducts project meetings (including taking and sharing minutes), tracks deliverables
conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases of project
- Reviews and approves requisitions, change orders and invoices associated with the project
- Oversees document preparation and completion (e.g. contracts, close-outs, punch lists, etc.)
- Plays a critical leadership, coordination, and communication role with all stakeholders
- Adheres to company policies and procedures, obtains necessary approvals, understands local
final acceptance
- Conduct value engineering based on Basis of Design, site conditions and solid understanding

- Recommends and assists with internal program and process improvements
- Extensive experience in successfully delivering large scale complex projects
- Manages programs/projects that have higher visibility to the Client
- Create and evaluate project reporting; provide timely and accurate project status reporting to
- Monitor and develop strategies to mitigate project risks
- Manage day-to-day Client interaction, relationship and expectations
- Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of the organization and in a cross
- Promote a safe and quality driven culture
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related
- 7+ years minimum of project or construction management experience on large commercial
- Advanced knowledge and proven delivery on civil, structural, architectural, mechanical,
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience to manage complex projects under
- Strong proficiency in computer and project management software and tools
- Onsite client-facing position, which requires the ability to work from the office or site
- Strong organization with proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform duties under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification desired
