- Support planned Oracle expansion and rollout across Fanatics.
- This will require the individual to participate in testing cycles to ensure the complete understanding of the solution.
- Participate in the training to ensure complete understanding of the end-to-end process.
- Ensure that complete knowledge transfer is done between the project team and support team.
- Oversee and manage daily activities of the offshore support team to ensure tickets are being resolved within established SLAs.
- Lead the daily support calls.
- Work closely with all the architects and ensure that all incidents/service requests/defects/enhancements for ERP and SCM are resolved within timely manner.
- Support and triage issues on EPM/HCM integration issues where required.
- Understand and proactively manage Oracle quarterly upgrades and work with both the business to help articulate new Oracle capabilities as well as partner with Change Management to ensure training materials are kept current for new capabilities.
- Ensure runbook and other program documentation (including JSM/JIRA) is kept current.
- Oversee scoping and analysis of all enhancement requests and help lead the CCB (Change Board) sessions to evaluate any and all ERP related requests from business.
- Ensure all technical and non-technical options are considered when making recommendations.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship within both the Finance organization and the Technology function.
- Partner with other members within the team to address productivity challenges through technology and identify opportunities with RPA, Alteryx, etc.
- Deliver excellence by keeping abreast of latest trends and software capabilities.
- Support the VP in driving best practices and standardization across Finance.
- Ensure proper testing is conducted and manage risk across system enhancements.
- Analyze and assess all change requests ensuring that impacts on other systems, reporting, data, and processes as well as integrations are properly considered.
- Support the annual audit of system(s).
- Work with offshore team to troubleshoot, analyze and document Root Cause Analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, accounting, finance, or another related field
- 10+ years of experience managing ERP and SCM Systems with a strong understanding of Accounting and Planning concepts (Oracle preferred)
- Have conducted at least 2 ERP/SCM implementations.
- Oracle Fusion experience is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing the support team is required.
- Experience working with offshore team is required.
- Big picture thinker with the ability to understand end to end processes.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cloud-based systems (SAAS).
- Ability to manage a number of complex, fast-moving projects at one time.
- Strong project management skills to ensure resources are effectively deployed.
- Strong understanding of system configuration and linkages.
