Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilities:
  • Provide application and technical support across SAP Basis, ABAP, JAVA, JavaScript, BW/BI, Data Services, SAP Security, PI/PO, GRC, FI/CO, LO, SRM, HCM (Payroll, Time Management), and Solution Manager.
  • Collaborate with County project teams to deliver project management, system architecture, and application customization.
  • Participate in system technical releases, identify and manage changes, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Work with developers and architects to design and implement SAP solutions, creating both functional and technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Support operational infrastructure, system integration, and SAP security role administration.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to solve complex issues within established guidelines and recommend alternatives for improved performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
  • Technical: Basis Administration, ABAP Development, JAVA/JavaScript, PI/PO Integration, BW/BI, Data Services, SAP Security/GRC, SAP Fiori Development, SAP BO Development.
  • Functional: FI/CO, Logistics (LO), SRM, HCM (Payroll & Time Management), MDM, Solution Manager, SuccessFactors.
  • Understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certifications in relevant technical or functional areas.
  • Experience as SAP Project Manager, Architect, or Specialist in listed disciplines.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale ERP implementations and upgrades.
