
Senior Regional Construction Project Manager

- Oversee multiple concurrent construction projects (Sports facility construction including civil and post tension concrete construction) valued at $5M+, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget expectations
- Lead project buyout and subcontractor contract management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions
- Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
- Refine and optimize internal project management tools, templates, and procedures to improve efficiency and standardization
- Analyze historical project data and KPIs to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive continuous improvement across teams
- Ensure consistent use of digital project management platform (Procore) to maintain project documentation and reporting integrity.
- Travel to and between the job sites as needed for development of plans, relationships, and overall project design needs (90% in office and 10% in field Mid-West area)
- 10+ years of construction (civil and post-tension concrete construction) project management experience, with proven leadership on projects exceeding $5 million in value.
- Experience in Sports facility construction is a plus.
- Strong team leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.
- Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing construction tasks in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets; skilled at troubleshooting issues through a team-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Procore is required.
- ASBA or PTI certification is preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.
