Sigma Defense is seeking a C5ISR Senior Systems Engineer (Technical Manager) to join our team in Fayetteville, NC.The ideal candidate has fifteen years of experience in C5ISR systems, including Technology Analysis and Assessment, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Integration, Test & Evaluation Criteria, and Logistics support of C5ISR requirements.This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. The candidate selected for this role will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization. Recognized as an expert in Joint Warfighter C5ISR.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
15+ years of experience in C5ISR systems, to include:

Technology Analysis and Assessment
Design Definition
Development of Systems Specification
Systems Analysis
Systems Architecture
Systems/Equipment Integration
Test & Evaluation Criteria
Logistics support of C5ISR requirements.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or related field of study.

Personnel Clearance Level:

Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

Mandatory Certifications:Working towards the following certifications within one and a half years after assuming duties:

Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) (Previously known as Certified Software Engineering Professional (CSEP)
COR approval complete a vendor/platform specific certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)
Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD)
Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)
Sun Certified Professional (SCP)
Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP)
CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)

Tactical Deployable Communications Systems Integration, Training, and Fielding.
Tactical Deployable Comms Systems Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Support.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually.Benefits
