A well-established community health center in scenic western Massachusetts is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its dedicated team. As part of a nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you’ll play a vital role in improving community health while enjoying outstanding support and resources.What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including routine and urgent office visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Prescribe treatments, interpret labs, and perform minor office procedures
- Educate patients individually and in groups
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- May supervise allied health staff or residents
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and attend continuing education to maintain top-level care standards
- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
- EMR experience required
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
