Let's make it happen!Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with general education teachers to plan and evaluate instruction aligned to grade-level outcomesImplement accommodations and modifications across learning environments to support full inclusionDesign and deliver targeted intervention classes to address specific skill gapsMonitor student progress and adjust instruction based on dataCommunicate regularly with families of students on caseload to ensure transparency and supportOrganize and communicate student-specific data trends to relevant staffQualificationsBachelor’s degree (required)Experience working with diverse student populationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCollaborative, team-oriented mindsetCommitment to inclusive practices and a student-centered approachAbility to build strong relationships with students, families, and staffSchedule:Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; some evening events required throughout the school year * 50K to 90K per year Depending on ExperienceEqual Opportunity Employer
