Your ability to demonstrate radiation protection/safety for patients, staff and self, as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines, to ensure the safety of the patients and staff is of vital importance.
Maintaining equipment, exam rooms and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure the safety of the patients and employees is required.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, regulatory or accreditation requirements Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Demonstrates ability to perform CT exams independently

Demonstrates ability to access patency of IV sites before injections.
Demonstrates ability to look up lab values and pull related exams for radiologist viewing

QualificationsQualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Diploma from a certified school of radiologic technology.
Minimum one-year experience as a registered Computed Tomography Technologist required, acute care experience preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification through the American Heart Association required.
Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT)(CT) license required.
