  • You will assist with disassembly, repair, and assembly of ship/submarine components.
  • You will remove, fit, and install components and equipment.
  • You will sand, prep, scrub, sweep, and perform other general housekeeping tasks.
  • You will obtain tools, plans and materials.
  • You will Keep work space and shops free of excess grease and oil;
  • You will oil and grease machinery or equipment
  • You will dispose of materials, clean, and perform ordinary maintenance.

  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
