
Admitted Customer Service Representative

- Clearly communicate with retailers and provide exceptional service in a call center environment
- Facilitate loss recommendations, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Develop working knowledge of multiple market websites, coverage(s), billing systems,
- cancellation and reinstatement procedures and carrier underwriter relationship guidelines
- Review and follow procedures and standards established internally and by markets
- Navigate and follow Template communications
- Resolve retailer problems and answer inquiries with a sense of urgency
- Promote teamwork and efficiencies within the department by supporting other team members when needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience
- Some position eligible for overtime

- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years insurance experience or B.A. in Insurance or Risk Management is preferred
- Full understanding and application of concepts, practices and procedures related to insurance
- Strong written/verbal communication and math skills
- Advanced computer skills including typing proficiency, Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on ability to use Outlook and Excel
- Ability to interact/develop relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Strict attention to detail
- Good organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve moderately complex problems while performing under immediate to general supervision
