Ultimately restoring and promoting the patient back to their optimal health. You’ll coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure that they provide the patient with high-quality care from Elara Caring. This role requires travel to patients' home; you will need a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance under the laws of the state.Minimum Job Requirements:
Current RN License as required by state
CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
