SummaryIt Takes a Village Child Care has locations in in Windham, Derry, Goffstown, Allenstown, and Concord. Derry and Windham are looking to add new teachers to our growing centers. Ideal candidates would have a background in child care, be Associate (9 ECE credits) or Lead teacher (18 ECE credits) qualified. Candidates new to early childhood education, are encouraged to apply and we'll help with traning! Teachers are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. Teachers will help children grow to their fullest potential by implementing activities and lessons that promote the emotional and educational development of children. Teachers will be required to not only organize activities, but to participate and model appropriate behavior for children.DutiesDaily tasks of teachers include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Creating lessons that support and build off of center's theme for the month
  • Conducting activities that engage children through art, music, and fine/gross motor movement
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing a routine cleaning regime
  • Following and being familiar with state licensing regulations
  • Pay is based on education and experience.
