- Ensure all customers, coworkers, and friends of Levitate have an exceptional experience any time they interact with our Derby street space in order to substantiate and grow the Levitate community and drive sales
- Maintain a supportive, uplifting environment where staff can forge connections with each other, each customer, and coworkers elsewhere in Levitate World and excel into the best versions of themselves
- Serve as a trusted voice for your staff and customers ensuring you are able to answer any Levitate - related questions and take action when any situation arises
- Serve as chief point of contact for communications to and from Management
- Maintain Productive, healthy, relationships with all staff, management personnel, and fellow Levitate employees.
- Facilitate training for all staff so they have a thorough understanding of Levitate’s Culture, customer service standards, all relevant operating procedures and all relevant product / event details necessary for excellent customer service
- Create Schedules biweekly, adhering to staffing level guidelines and balancing employee strengths
- Ensure the store is stocked, clean, and organized each day
- Ensure each store’s aesthetic standards are upkept at all times - visual, auditory, olfactory
- Ensure Cash Tracking and Cash Management procedures are dutifully and accurately followed
- Be proactive - reach out to management with inventory, staffing, or merchandising difficulties before they become problematic
- Re - Merchandise the store continuously and on a biweekly basis to maximize sales
- Work with your team to reach designated sales goals, keep staffing costs in check, and ensure an exceptional customer experience is always on offer.
- Cheerlead and align your team around both the stores’ and brands’ mutual goals
- Collect content of everyday moments in-store that can be used to promote the store
- Accurately Report hours to HR biweekly to ensure accurate Payroll
- Hit Designated sales goals
- Keep your team excited and connected to each other and Levitate
- Store is kept in excellent condition daily
