Road & Rail ServicesBilling AnalystBasic purpose of position:Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. The Billing Analyst will prepare and issue invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and resolve discrepancies with customers. They will also analyze billing data, identify trends, and collaborate with other departments to improve billing processes.Areas of Responsibility:The preparation, issuing, and reviewing invoices, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy.Support staff accountants on month end revenue recognition and system reconciliationsMonitoring of Accounts receivable & Tracking customer accounts.Support Balance Sheet Reconciliation process and other miscellaneous accounting tasksIdentifying and resolving billing discrepancies, addressing customer complaints.Analyzing billing procedures, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, & Analytical reportingCollaboration with other departments to ensure Accuracy of Billing, following company guidelines and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.We Offer:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, Accounting or Finance is preferred.
