- 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial mechanical setting working with HVAC and/or plumbing installation.
- Ability to read and comprehend construction drawings and specifications.
- Hospital construction experience, preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience welding stainless steel.
- Proven ability to fit, weld and/or Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, fixtures, and equipment in a complete manner.
- Must pass weld test to qualify.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Welder/Fitter
- Proven ability to fit, weld and/or Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, fixtures, and equipment in a complete manner.
- Must pass weld test to qualify.
- 3-5 years’ experience in commercial Pipefitting
- Proven ability to solder and braze copper pipe from 1/4” to 6”
- Proven ability to fit-up schedule 40 steel pipe 2” and above.
- Proven ability to measure, cut, thread, or bend pipe to required angle, using hand or power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, or pipe-bending machines.

- Position is hourly, non-exempt, compensation based on experience.

- Safety Importance - Wear welder and common protective/safety equipment such as face shield when performing hot work, work boots, safety glasses if not performing hot work that requires full face shield, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and safety vests.
- Flexibility to Working Conditions – ability to work outdoors exposed to weather and ability to work in either hot or cold areas.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the jobs including lifting and climbing.
