  • Responsible, under the supervision of the Center Director, to establish and implement goals and objectives using our developmentally appropriate curriculum that meet the individual needs of the children
  • Establish and maintain regular, on-going communication with parents
  • Maintain positive, nurturing attitude towards each individual child; and utmost, to ensure the health and safety of the children in the care of the Academy.
  • Follows Cole Academy policies and procedures, DHS licensing rules and regulations, and NECPA guidelines for developmentally appropriate practices for preschoolers.
Requirements
  • Education and experience required for the I/T "Caregiver" and GCC "Teacher" qualification under DHS Early Childhood Registry.
  • Pre-employment drug test, fingerprinting, background check, and medical/TB clearance
