- Strategic Growth Support: Help develop win strategies for recompetes and identify on-contract growth opportunities, aligning technical roadmaps with customer needs.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of program performance for recompete strategies and leadership presentations.
- Competitive Analysis: Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform proposal strategies and maintain a repository of market insights.
- Acquisition & Proposal Assistance: Analyze customer requirements and assist in developing compelling proposal themes for recompetes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination among teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Administrative & Operational Aid: Provide administrative support to the Recompete Leader, including scheduling, process improvement, and documentation management.
- Exhibits excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Experience producing high-quality written and verbal communications, including reports, presentations, and summaries.
- Ability to work independently and within tight deadlines and time sensitive requests to be responsive to organization needs.
- Effectively manages time and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and builds strong working relationships.
- Shows initiative and proactively seeks opportunities to support the Recompete Leader and program teams.
- Demonstrates proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools).
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately.

- Experience with Federal government contracting and acquisition processes
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather and interpret market and competitive data.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Experience with CRM or opportunity management systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
