I am partnered with a reputable Architecture Firm in the area that's looking for a highly motivated Healthcare Architect like you to join their team! The ideal candidate is someone that has the ability to deliver excellence and wants to work for an organization that rewards them greatly for it.This firm works hard to ensure that their projects are planned, designed & managed to meet not only high expectations, but to exceed their clients' goals. Along with that, they greatly invest in their people because without them, they simply won't meet those goals.Healthcare Architect Qualifications:
  • 5-15 years of Healthcare specific experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Registered Architect required (or in process of obtaining)
  • Experience running projects from conception through completion
  • Can manage a team of peers and mentees
  • Experience facing clients from start to finish on projects
  • Experience in Revit is highly preferred
Healthcare Architect Responsibilities:
  • The Architect will be responsible for start to finish project management of Healthcare projects.
  • Consult with clients on creation, presentation of design concepts and needs
  • Define project requirements and develop design criteria
  • Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
  • Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
  • Professional client development skills
  • Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
