- Oversee and manage the entire life cycle of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they align with client requirements and company goals.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Manage procurement processes, including obtaining bids, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and financial updates to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and investors.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and facilitate project success.
- 7+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor as a Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a plus
- Experience handling retail and restaurant projects
- Strong software and technology skills is a plus
- Able to communicate and be organized
