This is an opportunity for a self-sufficient senior project manager to take on a leadership role within a well established firm. This professional will be leading a team of strong and capable project managers and assistants.
  • Oversee and manage the entire life cycle of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they align with client requirements and company goals.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Manage procurement processes, including obtaining bids, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials and equipment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and financial updates to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and investors.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and facilitate project success.

  • 7+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor as a Project Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a plus
  • Experience handling retail and restaurant projects
  • Strong software and technology skills is a plus
  • Able to communicate and be organized
