Surgery Center AdministratorThis is a full-time permanent opportunity. Our facility is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. We are looking for a clinical or operational business leader.Our Surgery Center is high volume, with 200 cases a month. 1 or 2 procedure rooms. The ideal candidate is financially savvy, strong in operations, and clinically.Requirements:
Must be a Registered Nurse with an active state license
Ophthalmology is a plus
3+ years of leadership experience
Must have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure or same-day surgery experience
Change management skills are ideal – prepared for potential growth
