Join our team of top talent in supporting the federal government!We hire Veterans and military family members!Location: Fort Sill, OKEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: 1 - 3 years of relevant experienceClearance Requirements: DoD Secret ClearanceJob Type: Full Time/OnsiteGeneral Description:Supports Knowledge Management (KM) activities within the organization by developing capabilities and content management best practices while providing leadership and management of the KM Team in support of the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Assists in communicating information about the organization’s knowledge sharing processes and supports training and orientation sessions.Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Army KM and or Business Process Improvement management policies and procedures

Specific Duties:The KM Assistant (Analyst II) for the TRADOC KM program supports the Site Lead in working with internal groups to review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, business systems and user needs to achieve process and change improvements and to improve overall business results. Assist the program with the development of new KM processes, and support diagnosis of current issues, and redesign, reconstruct, and monitor processes to make sure they are effective. ​
  • Provide SharePoint Online (SPO) skills and KM support.
  • Assist client with the use of collaborative tools to share information across organizations.
  • Assist with the development of solutions, providing functional analysis and input that sets the standard for consistent training and knowledge collaboration throughout the organization, including face-to-face and digital learning experiences.
  • May collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization in support of design and developing instructional/training programs and documentation that improve customer satisfaction and employee performance.
  • Assist coordinating activities related to the planning, development, delivery, and organization of training programs including field-based training and online learning programs for delivery across different functions where applicable.
  • Assist training and other stakeholder sessions for the implantation and maintenance of KM procedures.
  • Assist developing metrics that provide data for KM process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • Assist diagraming and evaluating existing processes.
  • Maintain a SPO environment by establishing, documenting, and deploying appropriate monitoring of end users.
  • Assist in establishing best-practices use of SPO system.
  • Perform SPO administrative actions, answering trouble tickets relating to SPO and/or KM.
  • Assist as a Site Collection Administrator on all FCoE site collections.
