- Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of data consulting engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Translate business objectives into data solutions in collaboration with Solution Architects and other engineers
- Identify and proactively manage risks, scope changes, and resource allocation.
- Own revenue and margin targets across assigned accounts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients and support new business development with an annual goal of $1+mil in account growth.
- In partnership with Solution Architects, develop proposals, SOWs, and pitch materials in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
- Lead multi-functional teams across multiple workstreams; support team coaching and career development.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery capacity.
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, client-facing delivery, or solution-based account management.
- Background in data, analytics, data engineering, or cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to lead projects and accounts valued at $250K–$2M+
- Strong understanding of data strategy, modern data stack technologies, and delivery lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and with evolving client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering); advanced degree a plus.
