
Sr Program Manager

- Support business development efforts within the central US region (primarily the Oklahoma and Texas markets), with a focus on the Oklahoma City including the development of a marketing and strategic plan for the region with a multi-step tactical plan to assess and report progress.
- Ideal candidate would have worked with or has prior experience with the City of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Department of Transportation or other local city and counties adjacent to OKC.
- The identification and pursuit of a pipeline of potential project/program opportunities.
- Prior experience working as a Program Manager or similar position managing a portfolio of projects on large infrastructure programs more than $500M.
- Ability to drive teams effectively for deliverables for senior executives with our program management clients.
- Experience developing best practice reporting and monitoring capabilities through development of standardized reports and dashboards focused on project delivery and program management.
- Experience in capital infrastructure planning and programming including development of annual budgets, 10-20-year capital improvement programs, funding requests, and other financial activities.
- Ability to relocate to set-up or start-up a program and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business development and project delivery purposes.
- Willingness to serve in both lead and support roles on large programs across Water, Buildings & Places, Cities, Aviation, Transit, and other markets.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting program management best practices or centers of excellence within an engineering organization.
- Willingness to travel once to twice monthly for business development and project delivery purposes.
- A bachelor’s degree in field of practice. Graduate degree preferred. Management coursework and/or Master of Business Administration or master’s in public administration a plus.
- A professional license i.e., PE, PLA, PLA desired but not mandatory.
- Certification as a "Project Management Professional" (PMP) or "Certified Construction Manager" (CCM) desired within one year of assuming this position.
- Typical candidate has a minimum of fifteen years of experience managing large infrastructure projects/programs.
