The Operations Lead will be responsible for the execution and oversight of the day-to-day operations.What you will be responsible for:
- Reviews customer orders and the products to ensure the parts are approved and the appropriate compliance is maintained for shipping and Exports.
- Maintain the Part Master Data Base.
- Obtain, review and catalogue technical data to support the Part Master data base.
- Observes performance to ensure compliance with the organizations Business Management System are met.
- Assists with customer review, setup, and annual documentation requirements.
- Create, update/change process documents, Desktop Instructions and conduct the training with the business unit for implementation.
- Support the warehouse staff and its operations as required.
- Process customer orders as needed.
- Assist the business unit with inventory management for customer and scrap orders.
- Support Large Customer interface requirements.
- All other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have a minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training.
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience preferred.
- A&P License preferred.
- Import/Export Experience preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,843 to $70,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
