As a Popcorn Cashier, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while handling cash transactions, assisting customers with purchases and ensuring a clean and organized environment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love to engage with people and have a passion for providing excellent and memorable guest experiences.Job Responsibilities:Provide warm, friendly, and personalized service to every guest. Assist customers and offer product recommendations, ensuring their satisfaction.Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the register, handle money responsibly, and provide customers with correct change and receipts. Ensure proper cash drawer management throughout your shift.Develop a strong understanding of our menu items and recipes, being able to answercustomer questions and make recommendations based on their preferences.Assist with preparation of popcorn ensuring high quality and consistency. Monitor inventory and assist in restocking items as needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cash register area, customer service space, and any areas related to food preparation.Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists to uphold a tidy and inviting environmentEngage in friendly conversation while maintaining professionalism. Create an enjoyable atmosphere while assisting and answering customer questions.Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations, helping out fellow team members as needed.
