Job Title Duet, LPNHours Required 40Job Description and Hours The LPN provides nursing care to the individuals served as prescribed by the physician or registered nurse. Performs the functions of a Licensed Practical Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating under direct supervision of the Charge Nurse. We assist in the activities of daily living, provide community engagement opportunities, job coaching and life skills training, as well as skilled nursing care as needed.Job Description: As an LPN with Duet, you will be responsible for overseeing the skilled nursing care of 6 adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This is your opportunity to really connect with your patients and develop a meaningful one-on-one relationship with the individuals served!
