Salary: $ 70,000.00We have partnered with a large Real Estate Development company in the Buffalo, NY area to provide them with an Environmental Analyst - Project Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Environmental Analyst - Project Manager:#1. 2-3 years of environmental project management experience#2. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, construction management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.#3. Bid and Award demolition and asbestos abatement projects.#4. Strong analytical thought process with sound judgement and a keen attention to detail.Responsibilities of the Environmental Analyst - Project Manager:The Environmental Project Manager will work with our Director of Construction to oversee various environmental clean-up projects.
  • Order, direct, track progress and review results of Phase 1 Environmental Investigations.
  • Order, direct, track progress and review results of Phase 2 Environmental Investigations.
  • Bid, award, coordinate, and track progress of Environmental Clean-up projects.
  • Order, direct and track progress of limited and pre-demo asbestos surveys. Ensure survey efforts are adequate to properly quantify ACM.
  • Bid and Award demolition and asbestos abatement projects.
  • Limited overnight travel required from time to time.
  • Knowledge and understanding of environmental issues, relevant legislation, and renewable energy sources.
Requirements of the Environmental Analyst - Project Manager:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of environmental project management experience. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, construction management, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong analytical thought process with sound judgement and a keen attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must live in the Western New York Area; Out of area candidates must relocate.
