- Apply for, schedule, document, and successfully close construction permits for the various types of projects that we complete
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all permits and their respective spreadsheets
- Become a liaison between GreenSavers and the client throughout the permitting process by answering questions and assisting them with their permit until its closure
- Assist the Logistics team with various tasks, such as preparing job documentation and more
- Aid the Field Team Manager with the organization and documentation of HR records
- Assist the Field Team Manager with time sheet revision
- Help the Field Team Manager with different reporting tasks
- Assist with purchasing office materials.
- Help with the day-to-day logistical operations of the office including driving materials to jobsites, helping unload/move materials in our shop or office, among other duties as assigned
- Coordinate and collaborate with other employees and departments to achieve goals
- Assist the Project Coordinator team with various tasks such as collecting data, both in and out of the office
- Aid the scheduling team by communicating with clients for various appointments

- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting working in a collaborative environment
- Prior experience in processing construction permits and building codes are a major advantage
- A history of great client communication and customer service. This employee must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain organization of various documents and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of the HVAC, Weatherization, and Window industries is very beneficial
- Spanish fluency is a major plus
- A hirable driving history is a must have, a record indicating the candidate is a safe and responsible driver
