- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, and Azure services.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in one or more of the following languages:
- .NET (C#)
- Java
- JavaScript
- Python
- Azure PowerShell (for task automation and system configuration)
- Develop and integrate APIs to connect Microsoft Purview with other enterprise systems and data repositories.
- Automate records management workflows, metadata tagging, and retention label application using scripting and low-code/no-code tools.
- Configure and implement Microsoft eDiscovery Premium features, including content search and litigation holds.
- Conduct data and records inventories, analyze metadata, and support classification and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver user-centric solutions.
- Provide technical training and documentation for end users and administrators.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, or related technical roles.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Azure PowerShell.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of API integration, workflow automation, and metadata-driven design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and client-facing environments.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the government contract.
- Experience with electronic records management (ERM) or records and information management (RIM).
- Familiarity with federal records compliance standards (e.g., NARA, M-19-21).
- Experience implementing Microsoft eDiscovery and compliance solutions.
- Background in training or user support for enterprise systems.
- Due to the nature of this government contract, US citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, or related technical roles.
