- Build and manage relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise-level organizations.
- Identify and pursue major account opportunities with long sales cycles and higher revenue potential.
- Partner with Technical Solutions Architects to design and present comprehensive IT service solutions that address compliance (HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, etc.) and strategic business needs.
- Lead high-stakes discovery meetings and onsite business reviews with executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vCIOs, project teams, and technical resources to ensure alignment across solution design and delivery.
- Represent Charles IT at high-level industry events and roundtables to elevate brand presence among top-tier clients.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account planning in HubSpot CRM.
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong background in IT solutions, MSPs, or professional services.
- Proven track record managing major or strategic accounts.
- Demonstrated experience selling to the C-suite, including CFOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and solution design skills.
- Familiarity with navigating RFPs, procurement, and legal/compliance processes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Willingness to travel across Connecticut and the Northeast as needed.
- HubSpot or comparable CRM experience required.
