With a competitive hourly salary of $20 - $35, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of youth, fostering growth, resilience, and success in a dynamic and supportive environment.We have positions available for in-school ($20 - $25 hourly) and after-school ($25 - $35 hourly) instructors!Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students in accordance with educational standards.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students, ensuring their well-being and success.
  • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in GSuite and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle
