- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students in accordance with educational standards.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students, ensuring their well-being and success.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in GSuite and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle

Since its inception in 2004, LTYC has continuously expanded its programming, geographic outreach, and calendar, building more and stronger relationships among students, families, and the community.LTYC has been able to impact the lives of more than 160,000 students, ranging from grades K-12. Many of our students come from schools in Baltimore City and surrounding areas that are in dire need of arts education and behavioral intervention. Our arts education instruction includes: dance, theater, music, visual arts, media arts, creative writing, STEAM, culinary art, Yoga, martial arts and gardening.
