- We are looking for a Program Director for our Santa Clara office in the hot, growing market of Cloud and Data/AI related IT services leveraging Microsoft Azure.
- Deliver great business outcomes leveraging our most strategic alliance and in turn help us grow exponentially leveraging the growing presence of Microsoft Azure in the Enterprise.
- Overall, 20 years of experience with majority in mid-size IT services firms with at least 15 years of experience managing onsite – offshore base delivery.
- Owned P&L of $15+ M revenue in an onsite offshore delivery execution mode and single handedly owned, excited and grown account portfolio of $5M from onsite or offshore.
- Customer First approach with exceptional relationship building and management skills to deliver superior services.
- Expertise in defining and executing hybrid delivery models (onsite-nearshore-offshore)
- Ability to understand the client ecosystems to deliver accelerated revenue growth.
- Deep understanding on Microsoft Technology products.
