- Leads onboarding efforts, ensuring new hires receive clear orientation and complete all necessary documentation for a seamless transition.
- Assists in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
- Identifies training and development needs, recommends appropriate programs, and coordinates initiatives to support employee growth and upskilling.
- Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and extending offers in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Administers compensation and benefits programs, including open enrollment, FSA/HSA plans, and workers' compensation—resolving claims and overseeing vendor invoicing.
- Provides guidance on compliance issues by staying current with changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Conducts internal audits to ensure adherence to HR policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Supports broader workforce initiatives such as organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Analyzes HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making and improve operational effectiveness.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including confidential information related to benefits, medical files, and workers’ compensation documentation.
- Effectively manages time-sensitive assignments and delivers results within tight deadlines.
- Supports special projects and performs additional duties as required.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and their application in diverse workplace settings.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance, including EEO, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
- Skilled in analyzing contract proposals and labor-related issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 8 years of high level HR Generalist experience.
