- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class service for The Lake Estate guests throughout their stay.
- Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
- Check guests out at the end of their stay, ascertaining guest satisfaction and settling the bill accurately.
- Promptly respond to guests' needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
- Courteously handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, making reservations and communicating effectively with other departments.
- Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests' needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- A qualified applicant is a "people person" who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
- Previous experience within the Front Office of a luxury resort is preferred, passionately providing service to others.
- This is a demanding business, and we look for flexibility with workdays and hours, but it's also a lot of fun! Evenings/weekends/holidays are a must, but every effort will be made to ensure time off requests are met.
- Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing in a clear and concise, professional manner.
- People Person. The best part of serving others is creating experiences for them that go beyond the expected.
