This position allows for 3-4 days per week remote / work from home.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of our marketing in-person and virtual events, as well as managing our social media presence.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing event strategies to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and execute various marketing events, including product launches, tradeshows, and our virtual annual conference.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including promotion, venue selection, catering, audio-visual/electrical setup, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, account management, and support, to align event activities with overall marketing and business goals.
- Report on event progress, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and coordinate the efforts of internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Create compelling and shareable social media content, working with the creative team to create graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand image. Work cross-functionally to ensure different departments share and interact with posts.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing events.
- Experience in Health IT
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
