Ensure product test data is stored in a common location and indexed in a single table. Responsible for design approval and documentation completeness during program gate reviews. Responsible for continuous improvement activities throughout the engineering team. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in design and manufacturing processes. Minimum of five (5) years of experience with power distribution equipment. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a manager of people. Certification for Design for Six Sigma At least 2 years of experience designing products under UL 50, UL 67, and UL 891 standards Product Life-cycle management systems and their structure. Predictive analysis such as CFD (thermal flow), FEA (stress analysis), and electro-magnetic. Fabrication methods for sheet metal, plastic, copper, and aluminum. Proper bus joint design.
