We are seeking a motivated Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will support the company’s treasury function by managing daily cash activities, monitoring liquidity, assisting with debt compliance, and supporting process improvements. The Treasury Analyst will have exposure to multiple areas of finance and operations within the real estate industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily cash balances, transactions, and liquidity needs.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and short-term investment planning.
- Support debt compliance, loan reporting, and covenant monitoring.
- Prepare and process wire transfers, capital contributions, and distributions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with treasury-related accounting entries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth treasury operations.
- Contribute to treasury projects and process improvements as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting (real estate industry experience preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of cash management and financial controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with treasury systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
