
Senior Analyst, Compensation (PH)

- Partner with Compensation Reporting team members to create new tools/reports for Compensation team.
- Identify opportunities to streamline compensation analyses and reports through automation where possible.
- Prepare compensation reports, presentations, and data visualizations for HR and business leadership.
- Partner with Compensation leadership, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition as the Compensation Partner for assigned client group(s).
- Provide guidance and pay recommendations for employees at all levels on compensation philosophy, programs and processes.
- Provide analytics support for the Compensation team during annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and promotion planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across compensation tools and reports.
- Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses and projects.
- Participate in the implementation and management of Annual Compensation Planning cycle for client groups.
- Create and maintain job families, grade profiles, salary structures and hiring ranges.
- Strong understanding of compensation program practices and trends.
- Demonstrated consulting skills and experience in supporting the day-to-day compensation needs of a large, varied client group.
- Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations based on compensation principles and philosophy.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple assignments and client groups.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a flexible, often ambiguous environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to varying audiences.
- Exceptional quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and details.
- Ability to adapt to and integrate emerging technologies/tools.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
- 3+ years progressively responsible experience in Compensation with a large corporate employer or leading consulting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar discipline.
- Advanced MS Excel skills required.
- Proven ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with HR systems (Workday/SAP).
- Proficient in MS Access and/or Tableau.
- Microsoft Copilot.
- Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis.
