Audience Marketing Manager - PRWeek/CampaignHaymarket Media, Inc. is seeking an Audience Marketing Manager to join the Haymarket Media Audience Development and Subscription Marketing team. This position in our New York office. The Audience Marketing Manager will have a major impact on the growth of subscriptions for the PRWeek and Campaign brands.Job Overview: The position is responsible for overseeing all paid subscription marketing, development, execution and tracking. The individual will create a comprehensive digital marketing plan that focuses on audience development, acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate will leverage an excellent background as a multi-channel digital marketer who has used various marketing tools to build audience and revenues. This role will also oversee the team responsible for group subscription marketing and sales support, ensuring alignment with business goals and smooth collaboration across sales, marketing, and client services.Responsibilities:Manage paid print and digital subscription revenue streams for PRWeek and Campaign brands.Create and continually update effective marketing plans and budget forecasts for both new business and renewals.Lead, develop and execute a multi-year digital channel strategy and end-to-end roadmap, starting from new customer acquisition through customer service, retention and product upselling.Manage and mentor the group subscription marketing and sales support team, setting priorities, streamlining processes, and driving performance aligned with revenue goals.Manage all marketing channels, including promotional emails, social media, digital ad campaigns, telemarketing, retargeting and PPC.Prospect for and execute business development barters/partnerships with industry associations and related conferences with the goal of growing the audience.Coordinate design and copy for all promotional subscription marketing materials and campaigns for new business and renewals within prescribed specifications and deadlines.Skills and Requirements:3+ years of experience in audience development, subscription marketing, multichannel and/or paid marketing/data growthMust have experience managing and developing direct reports or team members.Detail-oriented and accurate, able to manage simultaneous activities effectivelyStrong analytical skills; demonstrated capabilities executing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative customer research and effectively identifying, interpreting and applying key findings.Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) and able to quickly learn systems supporting internal processesBachelor’s degree or proven work experience in related fieldProfile of the Ideal Candidate:Commitment to winning and exceeding KPIs and goals.
