This is a true road warrior role for a construction professional who thrives in the field, is comfortable with extended travel, and is passionate about delivering high-quality industiral projects from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesLead on-site construction operations for large-scale ground-up industrial projectsCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clientsManage day-to-day activities to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standardsMaintain strict safety protocols and enforce compliance at all job sitesRead and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documentsConduct daily site walks, manage punch lists, and oversee quality controlAct as the face of the company on the jobsite, ensuring a professional and efficient buildQualifications7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up industrial projectsProven experience managing projects over $20M+Strong knowledge of all phases of construction and subcontractor coordinationComfortable working and traveling extensively for extended project durationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficient in construction management software (Procore preferred)OSHA 30 Certification requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation & Perks
Salary up to $130K and $750/month Vehicle Allowance
