Our client is seeking an ambitious BIM Coordinator to lead and develop their Building Information Modeling (BIM) department. This role will be pivotal in managing and maintaining BIM standards while supporting project planning and execution across dry utility installations in the data center and power plant spaces.
  • Oversee and integrate 3D models across disciplines, ensuring accuracy and performing clash detection.
  • Maintain model accuracy throughout project lifecycles, delivering as-built models at close-out.
  • Facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings, serving as the liaison between design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company BIM standards, naming conventions, and project-specific BIM Execution Plans.
  • Extract data from models for quantity take-offs, scheduling, and cost estimation.
  • Stay up to date on BIM standards, recommending workflow improvements and advancements in tools.
  • Provide training and support for BIM software, including Revit, BIM 360, and Bluebeam.

  • Proficient in Revit; experience with BIM 360 and Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex BIM models and resolve design conflicts.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to build out the BIM department.
  • Strong communicator with experience leading cross-disciplinary coordination efforts.
