With us, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of entrepreneurs and help them realize their dreams.About the RoleAs a Customer Success Program Advisor, you will foster strong relationships with our clients, monitor their progress, and hold them accountable to their goals. You will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling our products and services, with a key performance indicator of achieving set sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.You will play a crucial role in celebrating client milestones, reinforcing the value of our service, and ultimately contributing to a high client retention rate. This role requires a genuine love for the work and the clients. The ideal candidate should be excited about achieving goals, performance goals, and sales goals. They should be driven by success and want to take ownership of a role and make it theirs.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding and Training:As our Customer Success Program Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll build authentic relationships, guide them through our onboarding process, and ensure they're fully immersed in our world. You'll create and implement engaging programs, training modules, and events to ensure our clients fully understand how to use our tech platforms.Account Management: You'll manage 40-80 individual accounts, introducing yourself as their dedicated Program Advisor. You'll conduct regular accountability calls, ensure they're using our program effectively, and encourage their attendance at live classes. You'll be responsible for creating client accounts, sending welcome letters, crafting custom welcome videos, granting access to necessary platforms, scheduling and conducting Zoom meetings, and sending out welcome gift packages.Course Completion: Your role is to ensure that our clients complete the course they've paid for. You'll monitor their progress and implement processes to ensure they reach the finish line.Community Engagement: You'll be an active participant in our chat community discussions, create surveys, track customer feedback and satisfaction, and encourage clients to share their wins on our Wall of Transformation.Accountability and Communication:You'll hold our clients accountable for their progress. This includes making weekly phone calls to all clients, even if they don't answer, to check in on their progress. You'll document all communication for accountability.Celebrating Milestones: You'll be there to celebrate all major milestones with our clients, such as business launches or course completions. These celebrations are a significant event, recognizing the hard work and achievement of our clients.Innovation: We want you to push past your limits and come up with innovative ways to hold our clients accountable. This could include creating contracts or commitments with our clients to ensure they show up to classes or complete their work.Sales, Renewals & Upselling: You'll be actively upselling and cross-selling our products and services to clients. You'll have a sales goal that you're expected to meet on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.What you'll bring in Personality, Qualifications and Experience:Passion and Accountability: We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping adult learners achieve their entrepreneurial dreams. We're open to candidates from diverse professional backgrounds, but it's essential that you can illustrate your ability to undertake similar work as described in the job responsibilities.Education: While a formal degree isn't a prerequisite for this role, we value intelligence, professionalism, and a keen aptitude for learning. If you hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field, you may find that your academic experience aligns well with the demands of this position. However, we're primarily interested in your skills, experience, and your ability to excel in the role.Product Knowledge:You should have a deep understanding of the product or service being offered. This includes knowing how to navigate complex, technical questions and demoing the product effectively. Don't worry if you're not familiar with our product yet - we'll teach you everything you need to know.Data Analysis: The ability to collate, analyze, and interpret data is crucial. You should be comfortable understanding customer satisfaction scores, usage data, and other key metrics that can provide insights into customer behavior and product performance.Sales Skills: You should be comfortable with upselling and cross-selling products and services. You should be able to leverage usage data to identify potential sales opportunities and create in-app guides that highlight the value of paid features.Project Management:You should be able to coordinate cross-functional activities and guide clients through the onboarding process in a purpose-driven way.Program Management: You should be able to manage the overall program, ensuring that all the different parts are working together effectively and efficiently.Building Training Programs: You should be able to create and implement training programs that help to onboard and indoctrinate the clients into our world.Customer Success: We're looking for someone with demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term client satisfaction.Effective Solutions: You should have a proven track record of implementing efficient and successful strategies to address complex challenges and achieve desired outcomes.Technical Skills:Proficiency in computer skills is a must.Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareProficiency in using eLearning Course/Coaching softwareExperience with communication and collaboration tools like Slack and ZoomKnowledge of sales principles and customer retention strategiesProficiency in using office software like Google Workspace or Microsoft OfficeOther Requirements:Business professional to professional dress code for Zoom meetings with clientsAvailability for domestic and international travel (must have a passport)Attendance at team meetings and scheduled group coaching calls dailyWe're on the lookout for quality, efficient, and passionate go-getters who genuinely care about our clients, business, and brand.
