The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position. The Assistant Director of Assessment & Referral must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the department and hospital.Education:Master’s Degree required in Psychology, Sociology or related field.Experience:Two (2) years’ experience clinical experience in a psychiatric setting. Prior management experience preferred.Licensure/Certification:LCSW, LMSW or LPC preferred. CPR Certification required.Knowledge:Prefer knowledge of recruitment, selection, benefits, employment law, worker’s compensation, compensation, employee relations.
