As a vital member of our Business Development Center, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing or servicing a vehicle. Your role will be focused on setting quality appointments, following up with internet and phone leads, and helping drive qualified traffic into the dealership.Daily Responsibilities:Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to service prospectsRespond to all internet leads, inquiries, and follow-ups via phone, text, and emailConfirm and schedule appointments, ensuring maximum show ratesMaintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM (DriveCentric)Work closely with the sales team and managers to pass along qualified opportunitiesFollow dealership scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistencyMeet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goalsParticipate in daily team meetings and performance reviewsRequirements:Prior experience in a high-volume call center or BDC is preferredStrong communication skills and phone etiquetteAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environmentBasic computer and CRM navigation skillsReliable attendance is non-negotiableAvailable to work full-time, including some evenings and weekendsCompensation & Perks:Competitive hourly rate or salaryBonus & commission structure based on appointment shows and salesPaid trainingHealth, dental, and vision benefits availableOpportunity for growth within a high-performing dealership group * Two shift options available.
