- Safe and effective transportation of oversized loads within the region.
- Deliver, Set, Level, Anchor, and Dismantle Mobile Office Buildings
- Safe operation of all equipment including daily maintenance checks and electronic driver logs.
- Operating and maintaining all equipment to meet compliance standards set by the DOT.
- Partner with Driver Supervisors and Pilot/Escort Drivers to coordinate daily permits and load selection scheduled for delivery.
- Coordinate pick up the scheduled oversized load.
- Coordinate delivery and placement of the oversized load in the appointed retail location.
- Provide route information and best practices to the oversized load team.
- Returns to the terminal with completed delivery paperwork in a timely manner.
- Carry out end of shift/day clean up procedures, such as cleaning and servicing of workstations and equipment.
- Reports any traffic accidents or load damage to the local authorities and driver supervisor team in a timely manner.
- Set up anchoring, leveling, stair set up, and dismantling the set up at the completion of the project.
- Operating hydraulic pump and pneumatic jack when necessary.
- Replacing defective tires on the trailer when necessary.
- Assisting with replacing defective trailer axles when necessary.
- Securing loose plastic on the manufactured home (this process may require the use of a company provided ladder)
- Repair and Maintenance of construction trailers, some handyman duties.

- Valid CDL License
- Motor Vehicle Report & Background Check in line with Company Requirements
- Must pass company drug testing and adhere to company policies
- Availability for overnight stays 2 - 3 nights each week
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, which include lifting up to 50 lbs., getting on hands/knees to make repairs/inspections, safely enter/exit the vehicle
- Physically able to bend down, stoop over, squat, or get down on one’s knees to inspect brakes, wiring, axles, tires, and other items required to be inspected per company policy.
- Willing to operate a motor vehicle in all 48 states
- Proficient in reading and speaking the English language, able to understand bills of lading and permits, and to safely plan trips.
