Growing together.This role is supporting the Optum CX and UX teams responsible for the coordination and completion of experience projects or end-to-end strategic initiatives across various functional areas. Makes presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results. Ensures projects are completed on time and in scope. Also provides general administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and communications between the teams.This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. Employees have the flexibility to work any one day of the week remotely.Our office is located at 1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Applies knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day
  • Demonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function
  • Requires little assistance with standard and non-standard requests
  • Solves routine problems on own
  • Works with supervisor to solve more complex problems
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
  • Works with others as part of a team including remote workers

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of applicable consumer and product experience
  • Experience creating status reports and presentations
  • Microsoft Excel experience (data entry, sorting/filtering, basic formulas and importing data to a spreadsheet)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint experience (creating presentations)
  • Experience with virtual workshop tools such as Fig jam
  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Located within a commutable distance of Eden Prairie, MN

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment.
