Job Objective: Oversees the managing of the day-to-day operations of the hotel operations. Responsible for the Human resource function for the dual location at the property level. Ensured that the hotel and coffee shop quality and service standards are achieved and maintained.Key Areas of Responsibility:The General Manager is responsible for all duties of the front desk, housekeeping and food & beverage operations including training, development, and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service standards, inter-department communications, scheduling, managing, and motivating. The General Manager will check and control room reservations, front office and food and beverage systems, supplies and inventory, and resolve guest issues.
